What it costs, and what you get.
Rates start at $95 per hour. What you actually pay depends on your transaction volume, how many people you pay and how many accounts need reconciling, which is why every package is quoted after a free chat rather than off a price list.

Medium
Small businesses and tradies with a few staff and straightforward books.

If your business does not fit one of these, we will tailor a custom package. Most of our larger clients are on one.
Why we will not put a monthly price on the page
Because it would be a fiction. Two businesses with the same number of staff can be an hour a month apart on transaction volume alone, and quoting a flat number would mean one of them is subsidising the other. What we will tell you, openly, is that rates start at $95 per hour, that the quote comes after we understand the work, and that you will have the number before anything starts.
What the free chat covers
- What your business does and how the money moves through it
- How many people you pay, and on what cycle
- How many bank accounts and cards need reconciling
- What software you are on, and whether it suits you
- Whether anything is overdue, and how far
At the end of it you get a straight answer on what you need and what it costs. If we are not the right fit we will say so.
Clean up and catch up is quoted separately
Bringing overdue records back into order is a one off job, not part of the ongoing package, so it is scoped and quoted on its own. How catch up work runs.

About packages and pricing.
Is there a lock in contract?
No. The packages are ongoing month to month arrangements.
What if we grow out of our package?
We move you up, and we will tell you when it is coming rather than letting you drift over the line. Growing past five employees is the usual trigger.
Do you charge for the initial chat?
No. The first conversation and the quote cost you nothing.
What is not included?
Income tax returns and structural advice, which are your accountant’s work. Catch up and clean up work, which is quoted separately. Anything outside what a registered BAS agent is authorised to do.
How do we pay?
Monthly, and you will have the quote in writing before any work starts.
