Common questions
About software set up.
Can you move us from MYOB to Xero without losing history?
Yes. We convert the file, bring the balances and transaction history across, and reconcile the new file back to the old one so nothing goes missing. You keep the old file as an archive.
Do we have to change software to work with you?
No. We work in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks Online and Reckon. If what you have is working, we leave it alone and just do the bookkeeping.
We are on spreadsheets and paper. Is that a problem?
Not at all, it is one of the most common starting points. We set the software up, load your year to date, and take it from there.
